Guidlines<\/strong><\/p>

  • Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers, case studies, conceptual papers, review articles, and industry perspectives related to the conference theme and sub-themes.<\/li><\/ul>

    Manuscript Format<\/strong><\/p>

    • Papers must be written in English.<\/li>
    • Manuscripts should be prepared in MS Word (.doc\/.docx) format.<\/li>
    • Paper length: up to 5,000\u20136,000 words, excluding references, tables, and figures.<\/li>
    • Page size: A4 with 1-inch margins on all sides.<\/li>
    • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point.<\/li>
    • Line spacing: 1.5.<\/li>
    • Text alignment: Justified.<\/li>
    • Page numbers should appear at the bottom center.<\/li><\/ul>

      Title Page<\/strong><\/p>

      The title page should include:<\/p>

      • Title of the paper<\/li>
      • Name(s) of the author(s)<\/li>
      • Institutional affiliation<\/li>
      • Email address of the corresponding author<\/li>
      • ORCID ID<\/li>
      • Contact number of the corresponding author<\/li><\/ul>

        Abstract<\/strong><\/p>

        The paper should include:<\/p>

        • An abstract of 200\u2013250 words<\/li>

          The manuscript should normally include:<\/p>

            Referencing Style<\/strong><\/p>

            • Authors should follow the APA 7th Edition referencing style.<\/li>
            • All citations in the text must appear in the reference list and vice versa.<\/li><\/ul>

              Originality<\/strong><\/p>

              • Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.<\/li>
              • Similarity Index should preferably be below 10% (excluding references and properly quoted material).<\/li>
              • Authors are solely responsible for ensuring academic integrity and avoiding plagiarism.<\/li><\/ul>

                Review Process<\/strong><\/p>

                • All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process.<\/li>
                • Papers will be evaluated based on originality, relevance, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, practical implications, and overall quality.<\/li>
                • The decision of the Review Committee shall be final.<\/li><\/ul>
